After placing your order, you will receive a notification e-mail confirming our receipt of your order. Your order is then put into production for fulfillment. You will receive a second notification e-mail containing a tracking number when the final piece of an order ships. That is, due to the manufacturing nature of some items, please be aware that not all orders may arrive together at the same time.

Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days for most products however, due to the ongoing pandemic, please expect delays in order to account for the safety of staff and workers.

Standard flat rate shipping time is 3-5 business days however, due to the ongoing pandemic, please expect delays beyond our control.

As such, at this time, please provide up to two-three weeks for fulfillment notification and up to three-four weeks to receive your completed order. Many orders will be fulfilled, shipped, and received well before those times. We thank you for continuing to support small business during this challenging period for all!
